Both are comfortable fits, though the goggles do tend to fog easily, so you might want to put some defogger on the goggles. My only beef was with the gloves. When you order the helmet size, they automatically assume you wear the same glove size. I ordered a medium helmet and got medium gloves, though I needed large gloves. I suppose you have to put that in the special notes, but I'm not sure. Invest in some anti-fog for the goggles (common problem with any eye wear). Fixed visor won't slide around and scratch.
